I listed their parents' home after the listing had expired with another agency. Their lovely home was under agreement and sold within 30 days of listing! Interestingly, the buyer put an offer in without ever seeing the house in person based on our Internet marketing because they were far away in Texas! She saw it only a short time before closing but was delighted because "pictures and virtual tours are worth a thousand words".

This testimonial was sent to me from Debbie. She and Barry relocated from New York to our beautiful sandbar. My son, Jared West, is a Cape Cod contractor/builder and he arranged to make some custom changes to their new home in the 30 day time period between when they purchased and actually moved - on time and to their specifications, so they just had to place their furniture when the moving truck arrived. I successfully marketed Craig and Terri’s Hyannis property. Although residing in California, they bought it as an investment in the early 90s as a place for Terri’s mother who lived here on Cape Cod and didn't need it any more. It became a great home for a young new family!
